Jam / Lemon Curd or even Chocolate Spread Tarts

This is the easiest pudding in the world to make - go wild and try to think of new fillings

Ingredients
1. Mcdougal's Short Crust Pastry Powder
2. Water
3. Your choice of filling - jam, fruit, curd and chocolate spread all work but if you want to try peanut butter and banana go ahead.

Method
1. Pour half the bag of Mcdougals short crust pastry in a bowl (half the bag makes around 15 tarts).
2. Add the amount of water listed on the pastry powder box
3. Mix together until it sticks together and kneed it into a ball
4. Clean and dry your kitchen side, spread a small amount of flour over the side so its lightly cover.
5. Grab a rolling pin and roll out the dough ball you have made into a thin sheet rectangle.
6. Using a tart cutter (or an upturned wine glass) cut out your tart circles.
7. Pre grease your fairy cake bun sheet with small amount of butter on your finger.
8. Lay your pastry circles onto your bun sheet.
9. Pre heat the oven to 200c
10. Place your filling into your pastry circles and then place them in the oven for around 18 minutes or until light brown.
11. Laugh at anyone who tries to eat them too soon and burns there mouth haha
