Deej Cookbook

Welcome to Deej Cookbook. On this site I will attempt to create simple to follow recipes that I use in everyday life. I am not a cooking expert but started cooking myself to help lose weight. Many of my recipes are healthy twists on old classics. I love strong flavours so if you are not a fan of garlic, chillies, corriander or the juice from a real lemon you may be in the wrong place but give the recipes a go and you could be in food heaven. I'll try to keep my comedy yarns to a minimum but can't promise anything!
